Adult Probation Department – (CA)

The Adult Probation Department, Governed By The City And County Of San Francisco, Provides Supervision And Assistance To Individuals On Probation To Achieve Positive Outcomes For The Probationer And Victims Of Crime. The Department Works With Government Agencies, Offenders And Their Families, And Nonprofit And Community Organizations. It Maintains Investigations, Community Services Supervision, Records And Reception, And Information And Technology Service Divisions. The Adult Probation Department Offers Monitors And Supervises Defendants Participating IN The Proposition 36 (Substance Abuse And Crime Prevention Act). The Department Provides Staffing For The Adult Drug Court. Its Drug Diversion Program Monitors First Time Drug Offenders For Treatment And Substance Abuse Education Program Completion. The Adult Probation Department Also Offers A Domestic Violence Program.
