The 36th District Court Probation Department Works For The Betterment Of Community. It Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Orders Of The Court That Are Designed To Protect The Members Of Community Through Punitive And Rehabilitative Measures Imposed On Those Who Have Disregarded The Laws Of Community. It Works To Aide IN The Reduction Of The Incidence And Impact Of Crime. The 36th District Court Probation Department Is Responsible For Providing Community Supervision To Individuals Who Have Been Charged With Misdemeanor. It Works To Make Referrals To The Appropriate Educational And Job Training Programs. The Department Is A Part Of The 36th District Court.
