The Division Of Probation & Parole Determines The Release Of Individuals From Confinement IN The Division Of Adult Institutions Through Parole OR Conditional Release. It Also Monitors The Offenders IN The Community And Returns Those Offenders To Prisons Who Are A Risk To The Community. Located IN Jefferson City, Mo., The Division Of Probation & Parole Investigates And Reports To The Governor On All Applications For Pardons, Commutations Of Sentence, Reprieves OR Restorations Of Citizenship. It Additionally Operates Community Release Centers And Residential Facilities For Offenders. The Division S Community Release Centers Serve As A Secure Location To Assess Offenders Who Are At Risk For Revocation, Especially Those Avoiding Supervision.
